Jay Desko is the Executive Director of The Center, a nonprofit consulting group located in Souderton, PA, that works with businesses, nonprofits, and churches to advance leadership and organizational health. Jay brings experience in the areas of ministry assessment, leadership coaching, decision-making, and strategic questioning. Jay’s degrees include an M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design from Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from The Union Institute. Over the past 25 years, Jay has provided consulting and coaching services to hundreds of organizations and leaders throughout the United States and Canada.
