	For over a decade the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM) has provided managers of physician office practices a means of effective communication and interaction with practices around the world. Our membership is comprised of managers from all medical specialties, dental practices, and allied health professions who have become an important link in a support system dedicated to the continual pursuit of excellence in the management of physician office practices. Since its inception, PAHCOM has realized an increasing need among health care office managers for a program that would realize the knowledge and experience necessary to successfully manage today's ever-changing medical practices. The Lehigh Valley Chapter of PAHCOM was established in 1992 with the explicit purpose of providing a support system to the healthcare managers of the Lehigh Valley. Our local chapter is committed to professional development and offers educational and/or networking meetings the third Wednesday of each month, alternating each month between morning and evening meetings to better accommodate the schedules of our members.
